I intend to have the wagon. I have zero concern with weight. I once stripped anything I thought I didn't need out of a car to make it lighter and faster.....it worked for a short period of time and then became rather loud, hot, and not really comfortable.
This is a family sedan for cryin out loud. And a luxurious one at that. Even the new G87 M2 is some 3900 lbs. What will matter is how the car handles its weight on the road. I will 100% NOT notice a 150lb difference.

The Touring has the potential to be my ultimate dream car. But at a price point I may not be able to stretch to reach. I sure wish that BMW would make Tourings avaiable now and then -- I suspect I could reach a lesser spec Touring. It's a bit early to speculate on whether they might do that, or perhaps the M5 Touring will be a one-off for the US market. Hope not...
