Curb Rash 540 Rim

I have a slight rash on 1 rim of my 24 540. Does anyone know of a paint color that would match the silver part of the rim. I’ve attached pictures of the rims I have. Thanks in advance for any advice

Is the damaged area on the black painted portion or (what appears to be) the diamond cut chrome finished area?

Opening post indicates the "silver" part of the rim.

Sorry, I must have missed that. If it's a diamond cut finished aluminum, which it appears to be, painting it wouldn't be a viable option. I had this issue with a rim on the Audi, and I ended up using various grit sand papers to remove it, followed by buffing it, and using some chrome polish on it.

It's a huge PIA to get it perfect. Another option would be to take it to a rim repair place. I can't imagine it would be overly expensive if the abrasion is small.

Do you have a close up of the rash to help us better assess?

What about if it was on the black part of the wheel? I have a very small one on the black edge. It's so small that I may do nothing with it, but just in case...

I would think you can just get some Jet Black touch up paint, and some painter's tape to make sure you stay in the lines.

I got curb rash my first month. I was going to sand it, but just left it alone. No one notices it but me.

My i5 is a bit longer than the 540i it replaced, so in the first month I very noticeably curb rashed the right rear tire twice. I found a rim repair specialist locally who came to my house and made it look completely brand new for $160; I think it was worth it as opposed to trying to do it myself. And I am much more careful making right turns now....
