Hi. I’m running a recently bought 520i, had it just under 3 weeks. Running software version 11/2023.73.

I have found that after recently doing a vehicle reset to get the digital key working on both my phone and watch, I have just recently lost all my uk dab station images, apart from a few
BBC ones which are showing. Everything else has now gone to a bmw
Default image. I was in a dealership for 4 hours last week and they could
Not fix it, suggesting it’s a the actual dab stations, but ever other car in the dealership was working fine with idrive 8 and 8.5.

I’ve tried the reset process, holding down the power button when the ignition is on and off, but nothing changes on the images. Tried the data privacy section and turning that on and off, still not joy. Tried a full vehicle reset, still no joy. As petty as it seems, it is driving me insane having none of the actual station images, and I had them all before!

Also, the welcome light projection is now working, paid for the additional feature, and it just says “activating” under the status in the idrive in the car. It was working and then just stopped.

Anyone else having similar issues and advise a possible fix method?
