That's exactly what we mean: company car!
 However, I don't have one anymore because my BMW costs 1,250 euros a month for everything. But salaries have increased by more than double those costs.

Every company I know is transitioning out of "fleet management" business, meaning no more company cars, but car allowances to those eligible. It gives employees more flexibility in terms of the cars they can choose from.
