I'm just doing a health check here, on the people who have placed orders for a MY25 540i. This is not applicable for someone who picked one up of a lot. Although, I haven't found any on lots that are really "here" in the U.S. when last I looked.

When did you receive: Not received yet. Still at NJ/NY VPC

Note: Steering Wheel Spindle recall has been completed. Just waiting for transport to dealer.

I really hope they’re going to give you some sort of discount for your inconvenience. I have read where BMW has give others $1,000 off. As others have indicated, look over the glass like a hawk. People have reported deep scratches, from workers arbitrarily using the windshield wipers without bothering to hose off the car at the port, when it was caked in dust and debris.
