I’ve now had my car for a month and the BMW app has been fantastic until today.
I plugged my car in at a charging station in my office parking lot and unplugged it 8 hours ago.
My app is still showing my car being charged, has not moved that charging event to the charge history “file” and the app’s vehicle locator still shows my car in that parking lot even though I have been home for some time now!
Any suggestions or has anyone had this experience? It’s so strange…

easiest way i've found to force an update on the car status on the app is via sending a lock or unlock door command. (* worked for my old i3 as well as my current i4)

So neither work. The Digital Key Plus works fine, but now I can’t do anything via app, whether it be lock/unlock, interior/exterioe cameras, etc.
I don’t know what to do!

Delete the app and re install. I have to do this sometimes on AppleTV. It usually works for that , so maybe worth a shot.

Try removing you BMW ID from the vehicle and re-adding it or doing a sync. Not able to look at how to do that right now but maybe someone else here can help with that.
