Just because it isn’t on the list of currently available individual colors doesn’t mean it still couldn’t get approved. Just going to take more work to get it through to the approved list.

I was under the impression it was $7,500 to get a color that hasn’t been done before. The most expensive paint that I’ve seen to date from BMW is Pure Metal Silver which is $10k.

Man I just bought a F90 M5 Comp, and I got to look at the I5 M60. The interior is worse than the G30 540i M Sport my son drives. In fact its complete dog shit. The G generation of BMW, is so classy and well built inside. The new gen just feels 3 cuts below. My old VW Passat B8, was better built than the i5 M60.

Here in Brazil, we can't even option it with extended leather. Have to look at that plastic interior. Freaking joke. In a 3, thats acceptable. In a 5, its a joke.

I had three bmws in that color.


If you can find the e46 328i commercial shot in NYC it was the launch color for that three series… awesome commercial. I watched it being filmed and later bought a 330i in 2003.

One of my favorite colors. I hope to have it speced on a P car very soon as it would be nice addition to the stable.

But I also think that dual fashion grey cars is VERY badass.

As others have mentioned- you can get almost anything approved with the right person making the call and possibly a price increase. But for this color I don’t foresee it costing more than pure silver metallic

Yeah it’s usually $7500 they need to run a car through first and see if it’s a viable option. I have a color in mind that’s a PTS color for my next order.

Yeah I deal with BMW Individual on an almost weekly basis nowadays with the amount of Ind. orders I've been getting handed. It's definitely an expensive process...I'll try to get more info next week.

#1 Fire Red, I want to see it! Alpine White good for Texas hot weather if driven alot in Summer. Sapphire Black…..always popular resale time. It is all personal preference. Whites, Blacks, Greys the most popular here in Texas especially at resale time. Not too many reds on the lots.

Yellows, Greens sit on the lots here in Texas.

Aventurin Red Metallic only $650 now. I believe I paid about 1k more on a 22. Debatable if worth the extra cost IMHO.
