I reported this to the actual BMWFS, and they were very grateful and appreciative.

A number set up to look like BMWFS calls and asks if they are speaking with (and they had my real name). Press 1 if correct. Then they asked if the number is correct (it was my phone number).

Then they asked for my full social security #. This is the second I knew it was fake and I hung up and called the real BMWFS and reported it.

I even called the number back, and it says BMW Financial Services. They have since called 2 more times, and my spouse got the call today.

It was the most real scam call I have ever gotten, and it shows (sadly) the world we live in.
