2024 I5 M60 Stop sale

I just got off the phone with BMW customer relations and was informed that my car has a stop sale for a Head unit ethernet connection with no known remedy. It has been a the port in Bremerhaven since 3/14 anyone else have any information?

Ordered my i5 M60 in December. Just reached out to my sales advisor and they confirmed it was just shipped from the port in Canada on its way to the dealership now.

The port workers in Halifax have been on strike since late February, looks like they came to a tentative agreement on 3 April and are awaiting the results of the vote. I have a vehicle currently stuck there, waiting for the strike to be over.

Talked with my SA and still under a stop sale for a head unit. Car is currently head to vpc with no resolution! Anyone else have a car head to US with a stop sale?
