Need to know down payment, residual value, money factor, and if the payment is inclusive of fees. If this is a zero down drive off lease it sounds ok. If it requires a $4,000 down payment probably a mediocre deal. You should checkout the leasehacker website for better comparative info. You might also reach out to a broker….

Also important to know the taxes in your state. In TX you have to pay sales tax on the full car price for a lease. It sucks but no way out of it.

Manufacturer is offering $9900 and dealer can do another 12%. That’s expensive for that car for lease
My msrp $94,xxx 2024 i5 M60 Upside down $5700 on my 2023 lease $5k down (including paying gap on my other car) and $920/month with tire and wheel package

I got 8% plus the $7500 lease incentive. msrp was just under $94k so before taxes just under $80k. Did a zero down lease.

From a broker, that seems to be a pretty weak deal. It's hard to compare on my lease because of the federal credit on electric, but $95k for under $1k/month.

The $1060 is an OK deal If zero down and no MSD. Assuming taxes, fees and registration up front.
Keep in mind, people here will rave about EV deals they are getting on high MSRP cars. Those are not the kinda deals you can expect on a 540 with a lower msrp. 12% off from a dealer on a 540 is a pipe dream these days. Like some here say, use leasehackr.com as a point of reference and a very good source of info (ensure no extra padding of the intrest rate aka money factor by the dealer), but notice each deal there includes max MSD upfront. So don't get excited about the monthly payment posted by the broker on his Google sheets, click the calculator and check the structure of the deal. Last edited by COBodom; 04-08-2024 at 01:25 AM.. |
