BMW i5 Frozen portimao blue

Should I bite the bullet and go for it? Love this colour but haven’t seen one in person/any pictures of the i5 with this colour.

The loss I have is I won’t be able to get comfort pack. Everything will be specd just the way I want it just excluding comfort pack.

Q is it worth compromising comfort pack for this colour as I can’t afford both.

Car will be i5 msport pro with tech plus pack.

If l leave the comfort pack does that mean the seats are all manual adjustments and opening the boot manual?

Gorgeous colour, I almost (before I test drove the i5) pulled the trigger on a "superman" combo (Portimao blue + Fiona Red i4 M50).

Can't speak for comfort pack as I'm not in the US, but a few things I'll say:

1. You're doing a custom order (like me in Isle of Man Green), get what you want, you deserve it, don't skimp. I checked off all the boxes I wanted.
2. Alternatively you could get regular Portimao blue (I'm not sure if there's an upcharge to the Frozen) and get a satin PPF later, if it's a question of money right now. That way you could get the comfort pack and add the PPF later.

Just some things to think of, but YOLO

Edit: Adding a satin PPF to a gloss paint is almost the same as just getting a frozen paint. Google Satin PPF Portimao blue and you'll find pictures, it looks effectively the same.

I would go for the interior options over color, if price is a concern. As mentioned, you can get a wrap later on to give that frozen look. You can’t retrofit the comfort options. And you will spend your time inside the car.

This is a great point and often overlooked. Yes the LBF (look back factor) plays a part, but you spend your time driving the car, not staring at it so I think the interior + options should always be #1 and colour second. You can now also get colour PPF that has a 10-year warranty in bunch of snazzy colors.
