The size of the car makes it look like the size that the 7 Series should be. Just like the new 2 Series should be the size of the 3 Series.

That line that curves from the end of the headlight into the front bumper looks very familiar. Hope they bring the shark nose look back.

US safety standards really ruined German cars in the 70's and 80's.

They still are. You'd think they'd ease down a bit with all the safety tech now and the push for autonomy.

Not a fan of sloping trunks. The slope doesn't look as bad as MB models but what do I know as I'm not the target buyer for these.

Look at the wrap around headlights on this prototype—-0 chance of a real shark front end sadly

Real shark nose, definitely not. Something remotely similar with those E60 looking headlights, maybe/hopefully.

So how much larger will this barge be?

E60 was the last one that felt like a 5-series. F10 and G30 are land yachts.

I think that BMW has to give an important turn to the design of the 5 Series, the latest models do not impress as did the previous ones, E34, E39, something better F10, but I hope they do not turn in the design to the E60 which is possibly from the bmw ugliest in history together with the E65
