2025 540 - Now Contains ACC Stop & Go + Active Driving Assistant again

I can't recall which thread I read this in, but people were discussing ACC Stop and Go. The Premium package for the 540 configurator now shows this as an option within the package again.

It makes me wonder if it was a website related mistake?

Someone pointed out that the 540 always had it as part of the premium package, 530 doesn’t. Hoping it comes to connecteddrive store soon….

I see it now, thanks for the update. I also see that they eliminated the spare tire option $150, and added back in the Mobility Kit for $0, which deletes the spare tire, just like the 2024 configurator. (Adding the Mobility Kit to your vehicle will remove the standard space-saver spare wheel and tire.) The BMW webmaster needs to get up to speed, if there is one. They are very good at increasing the confusion factor.

It was me, I created a post because the website didn’t have it in the premium package anymore. Glad it was a website mistake.

Website mistake? All they had to do is keep online configurator the same as 2024 and everything would be good. Instead, some wise man decided to change things, confuse all the buyers and dealerships, then change them back to the way it was. Why do I suspect DEI at work?

Only change I see is the $150 spare tire option. Everything else is the same.

Your right, that is what I see now. Looks like they change the 2025 configurator every other day. What kind of nitwits are running the BMW site? Hope to hell they have nothing to do with the car design. Wait a few more days, it should change again. DEI at its best!

What does diversity have to do with websites?

Actually looking at it again, there is no ACC + Stop & Go in the premium package on the configurator for the 540i X drive. It is, however on the 2025 pricing guide (540i X Drive only. Not on the 530i X drive or not). Doesn't really matter to me, because I got DAPP and that deletes it as well as Active Driving Assistant anyway because DAPP replaces them with better hardware and software. But not everyone is going to order DAPP and they need to be able to see it. It was on my build sheet before I changed it to order DAPP.

It’s weird. It seems to be being added and removed every other week. Last week when I made the post, it had returned. This week it’s gone again.

Sheesh, I don't know why some people are so against Dale Earnhardt Incorporated (DEI).
