Someone who has taken delivery can chime in, but my method to determine what OE tires are fitted (in the US) is to go to Tire Rack's web site and input the vehicle information, then specify what size tire is fitted to the car and look at the available tires. You can then specify you only want to look at OE tires.

When I do that for the 2024 530i RWD, it tells me that the car is fitted with Bridgestone Turanza LS100 tires in size 245/45R-19 102H XL. BMW is free to change their OE tire brand & model at any time and Tire Rack's information is not necessarily 100% accurate, but it's better than nothing.

If I go to TireRack, it only shows Pirrelis for my i5 but I have seen Michelins, Hankook, and Continental on vehicles at the dealership. Other tire sites only show for 19” wheels, not 20” or 21”. I expect it to improve as more vehicles get sold.
