That is the iOS version too, but that's the only thing I can think of if it's not showing up when you're nearby the vehicle.

I have been checking my App Store app for this My BMW update, but today I finally just did a manual search in the app. The My BMW app update was there and it installed of course, very fast.

I know have the window option, and it seems to work out of Bluetooth range, although I was in the house and the car was about 50 feet away in the garage.

This is what mine looks like after downloading the updated myBMW app. The only one I had there before was the Remote Cameras button and that one seemed to work from anywhere. The other two are new. I'm on the latest version of Android for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Our new XM also got this new app update, and the remote windows option are not showing up at all. Is this feature only on i models?

I doubt it, because I first read about it in the XM forum (see top of this thread).
