Hi, I am Sam from KSA.
I just bought my G60 on 26/12/23 it was fine and lovely experience and the my BMW app was working fine until 27/03/24. I can't receive any updates on my phone and also the for the car it shown “No mobile data reception at the current location” Any solution? Thank you |

Well it’s under warranty so the dealer would be able to fix
One possibility , loose connection to the Ariel (shark fin on roof) perhaps? |

I contacted the The dealership here, but they don’t have any solution yet they just told me wait and there are 11 car reported the same problem in my area and we all have it starting 27/03/24 until now
