Thanks for the link. I will be sure to test with a close eye on things and not get too carried away. I checked tonight, and the Parking Assistant Professional did activate in the car as it said (within 24 hours) so I will try some stuff and report back. I do now see the option to record paths and I also have the option in the myBMW app for the remote parking now. Just haven't tried them yet.

The remote control parking is very cool to experience, but it’s a bit of a parlor trick and not necessarily something you’ll use all the time. It is pretty cool to see the vehicle maneuvering, parking, etc with nobody inside, though.

The remote control forward/backward thing is something I’ve used a bit cause it allows me to park closer to the wall in my garage, but I’ll never use the reverse assistant. My experience with it in my old F44 was it smashing into the wall and scraping the crap out of my front bumper
