Hi All, I know everyone was curious about this (as was I!) so, I reached out to my local BMW dealership, and they provided me with the Model Year 2025 order guide with an effective date listed of May 14, 2024.

I do not know how often this changes or how frequently they are updated.

Spoiler: Nothing has changed that I can see, but I did not compare everything package to package yet.

I did note that the ambient light bar on the 530's are still at a 'DELETE' status under the standard equipment. Calling this out, as many of you have mentioned this in a number of discussions.

I have an order in on a 2025 540i MSport and the FL dealer informed me on 6/4 that the Fine Wood Dark Oak High Gloss inside trim is not available for 2025 builds. I asked about any other new options, and he said no.

It is option 43L. And it is is on the 2025 schedule page 6. I also found out the spare tire is a $150 option 300. The mobility kit is standard now. My guy also was having trouble getting the ordering tool to work right. It was not showing the 20" m star wheels as an option even though it shows on the schedule. He said sometimes it happens and they have to either wait it out, reboot the computer, or worse case e-mail the order sheet to the factory and have them enter it manually.

I just ordered a 2025 540i X drive in Oxide Grey, M Sport, M Sport Pro. Premium, M Veganza Alcantara seats, Power Rear Sunshade & Rear side window shades, Front Ventilated Seats, The fine wood Grey open pore ash trim with dark silver accent, Bowers and Wilkins sound, and the 20" m Star spoke Bicolor wheels with all season tires. I also verified that 4UR Interaction Bar is in the build for the 540 (Deleted for the 530's)

He is also ordering the M Sport logos for the fenders that the dealer will apply before delivery (Not in the US versions, but standard for EU models with M Sport.)

So far I have been unsuccessful in trying to order WeatherTech Laser cut floor mats and trunk mat. They don't make it yet.

If you want the donut spare you don't get the mobility kit. At least that's the way it worked for 2024 builds.

You can get the m logos in black also.

I am really curious about the 550e - $75k starting price point vs what will be about $85k for E53 AMG & I dont need a 100+ more HP for this car. I can remember to plug it in after each drive. In the land of the infinite Stop Sign the PHEV is king. Despite what all the reviewers say. 7-11 is about a half mile from me and there are about 8 stop signs and its impossible to go faster than 40 and that takes some work.

I heard from someone that it might be end of the month. The 550e might be selling so well elsewhere that they cannot produce enough for the US market. And BTW, BMW makes more profit on vehicles sold elsewhere. My local (LA) dealer has told me there is pent up demand for 5 series PHEV, mostly for another 530e which is not even scheduled for the US.

While there is no order guide, my dealer was able to spec and price a 550e with a Sept build allocation. Not expecting a production number for a while.

Also, not entirely sure about options/standard since no order guide is available at this point.

From what I read, 6U3 is included in either the Premium or Executive package, under that pricing line item. I noticed on some dealer websites that they're listing as a separate chargeable line item, but that practice does not seem to be correct or in alignment with the order book.

Are massaging seats available?

Sorry, They are NOT available at this point. They may add them later on in the MY. Right now they are not available. All options are the same as MY 2024. However, they do now charge $150 for the spare tire. The Mobility Kit is now standard. It's no longer a $0 option.

Most likely there will be equipment/features that will never be available on the G60 in the US as BMW really wants to further separate the G70 & series. Might never see the true Contour Seats with articulating backrests, massage functions, leather door caps and dashboard top, real upscale sound systems, etc. Plus remember the interior materials, switch gear on the G60 have been downgraded to further distance from the 7s.

How much over invoice did you pay? what % of MSRP was invoice?

I’m trying to build an i5 but it looks like when I try to add the DAP, the executive package gets removed and replaced with the premium package. I can add the sky lounge as a separate option but do not see the glass controls option. Can this be added in combination with the DAP?
