I fuqing keep waking up at Oh-RMTT worrying about getting all these WFH laptops somehow connected. The neighboring city's fire network is being held for ransom. I haven't heard details yet other than 2mil bitcoins

I hate fcking ransomware with a vengeance!!

Especially when you deal with people like I do who that "click here" whenever they see the invitation.

Don't know what you use, but I have most of our people on MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. You can use the free version, but you have to kick the scans off yourself.

They can't remember that here, so we use the paid one that runs in real time.

This was last weekend at a Garden Park in our area. It was almost 81° degrees...so I broke out the tank top.

I'm in the 180's....and losing fast. Like I said...in a tank top or no shirt, I feel like I am holding on.

Put regular clothing on me.....and it's like I don't even lift.

The thing that scares me is that if I don't lift...I don't want to eat.

A coupe more months of this and I will be down in the 170lb range which is what my untrained BW is.

At that point...I look like a skinny gymnast!

Yup, I'm the same. No motivation to eat currently. The last week I've only been eating my 3 meals and that's it. Disheartening because I worked damn hard over the last 6months-1yr and now I'm going to lose it all, sigh.

Off topic. For work, you should look into Crowd Strike, Cylance, Carbon Black to name a few for a better security solution.

I guess I'll join the party. Lost about 4 lbs since the gyms have been closed for almost a month now. I do have a home gym and should be happy I do. I'd probably be losing more if I didn't. I can tell my workouts are not as intense as they are normally at the gym. I guess my issue is the whole psychological effects of having to stay at home and being mostly by myself with no other human interaction.

When this blows over, I might end up buying a set of adjustable dumb bells to round out my home gym as a just in case.

Dude. You still look jacked. I'd be happy to be close to what you have. I have ectomorph issues. Also, being tall doesn't help. Just sucks it takes a ton of work for me to gain a pound but I can lose it without even trying.

Trust me....in person it doesn't look as impressive as the picture may look. I'm lucky in that I am shorter...so a few lbs one way or the other makes a visible difference.

Don't be hard on yourself...we are our own worst critics anyway!

You may weigh less....but in pics you will look like you weigh more.

Okay....1st pic.....I was almost 225lbs. Sorry for the blurry pic. This is old.

2nd pic....I was around 195lbs

3rd pic....I was around 185lbs.

It's amazing in pictures how much bigger you look as you get leaner.

Same here. For years if I lost any weight....I felt like there goes all my gains.

But I can promise you just being a little leaner.....people think you weigh more than you do!

I put a header, in yellow, on ANY item that originates outside our email domain. They still click sometimes, I'm pretty sure.

There are a few good ones who ask IT first.

We have PA firewalls for the remote connection VPN, and ESET corporate, which is blowing up my phone this morning with alerts. And most that I call are browsing the local newspaper COVID article. Bastages are targeting COVID as the way in.

I would look more at a rigorous stretching routine done everyday if looking to release the psoas muscle.

I had issues in the past , found 3-4 exercises online that fit my body, and did them everyday. Eventually it got to where I only had to use 1 exercise...where you are lying down.

I would do it before I did squats.
