Personally, I think this should be limited to pictures taken by the person posting. No internet sourced images.
With that said, here is an easy one. Same country, not quite as easy, but I am sure someone will get it. |

Grabbed a creamy "Gran Caffč" coffee and some "100% Arabica Superiore" stash for my Nespresso machines.

I have been lucky enough to visit Rome a number of times. The last time my Daughter was studying there for a semester. Such a fascinating city to walk.

I recall a deadly accident on the air strip with an E60 M5 many moons ago killing 5 youngsters. Son of an M5 owner showed off at night during a party racing up and down the air strip and misjudged the braking distance. Went airborne and ended up in the trees. Followed the story after it happened. Tragedy.

"I thought I'd start a thread called Guess Where? I'm not into rules, but here's a suggestion: Post photos where there is something in the photo that gives a slight clue where the photo was taken. Make it difficult, but not impossible." It's been a lot of fun seeing all the posts and learning new things. Many of the posts include personal photos. But, many members don't get the chance to travel like you or me. Or, they simply want to share a unique spot in the world and have us guess where it is but they don't have a photo of their own. So, while I think you may be onto something with your idea, maybe its best if you start a new thread called "Travel photos you've taken yourself", maybe with info about the camera or the situation in which the photo was taken. In the meantime, we look forward to your contributions to this thread, either as a poster of photos or as well-traveled guesser. |

EDIT: And yes, some of us are lucky to have travelled more than others. It would be unfair to limit someone based on that. I stand corrected |

My wife was born in Torino so we have been back to Italy a number of times. Typically we are in Norther Italy pretty far up into the Alps but have spent time in other areas. There is nowhere we have been that was not amazing.

There's no reason you can't post photos from your own city. Every city I've ever been to has had some claim to fame or point of interest. You don't have to travel to contribute. I've posted photos from my hometown before and even stumped (well partially stumped ) one of the best at this game.
