Just finished the 5th season of "The Bureau". One of the best dramas I've ever seen.

It's about the DGSE (French intelligence) and is in subtitles. Literally edge of your seat intense.

there's been tons of shows that are highly rated that I don't care for, I suspect there's a few that you might not care for either despite their rating.

In my opinion it is overrated, they emphasize great planning but all of them make such stupid mistakes. The inspector in charge and the master thief are busy having sex rather than sticking to their job/plan. The Professor is so careless at times and so are a lot of robbers inside the Royal Mint. It just doesn't make sense. I stopped at the end of season 2, just wanted to see if/how they escape.

HBO's "The outsider"based on the Stephen King novel of the same name.

Justin Bateman stars and directed.
Has the characteristic "moody, suspenseful" background music, like "Ozark's"

Ben Mendelsohn is the main character and does a great job. May remember him from the series Bloodline.

Highly recommend.

just started watching 'away' over the last 2 nights -- dramatic series about a mission to mars. we've knocked out the first 4 episodes and it's pretty solid. good character development but they do a nice lob keeping the plot moving along as well.

The cliche ending that she got scratched, it just overall felt a bit uneven, not as strong as the beginning. Some things were also questionable. Its been a while but i just remember finding the ending to be only okay.

I hadn’t heard it was cancelled. That sucks. Maybe it can get reincarnated elsewhere (Netflix)?
