I've seen that one, as well. The, 'field test' was the most harrowing part. And so much work to produce an untraceable fire arm and almost no $ earned.

Long story short we have, well had now, this ex convict as a client and he just showed up with no appointment to see the attorney. Brushing by the front desk and starts bombarding me for an advance (since I work on his file). We do not give advances on cases. (My attorney would be disbarred) we just do not offer advances to pay your fucking water bill.

Anyways, he starts cussing and threatening me, threatening my boss to the point where security and 911 were called.

My colleague (shit you not) actually has a taser in her purse. After he left the office I had to take a minute in my bosses office and calm down.

Grown ass man 6+ and 200+ lbs (so twice my size practically) yelling and threatening me is enough to seriously scare you. Especially since he's been to jail already. It got me thinking I need to purchase a taser today. However Jessica doesn't know what brand or what model or voltage hers is. We tested it (not on each other just up in the air) and that shit is loud and powerful.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a brand and voltage? This size fits perfect in my hand.

I dont think I've ever been that scared in my life. My adrenaline is going right now.

That's a bad as it gets. Our crims are not to be trifled with in any manner! Glad you are safe. I recommend that you go to a police supply store and ask them for advice. I am more helpful on the fire arms side.

Sometimes mace is more effective than a taser because you can shoot a stream a distance and a taser you need to have the aggressor in arms reach, which means your in their arms reach.

Indeed...and even if you stop using it, the damage is done.

A school mate who was addicted for years finally kicked it about 15 years ago but the damage was already done. He died 2 years ago from an MI at 45.

Really sad. Completely unnecessary.

That's not a taser. It's a stun gun and you have to be in contact range. A taser has a removable cartridge and you can engage an aggressor at distance, although anything farther than 10' and you're risking a one dart hit. You can also use a taser to drive stun.
