That was the WORST flying experience I have ever had. Storm at JFK diverted us to LaGuardia. Sat on runway in POURING rain for 2 hours because nobody knew we were coming. Running low on fuel so turned off A/C. Finally got to JFK and we missed connection. They put us up in a hotel in Edison, NJ. Waiting in taxi line, watching this hoopty with a Mack emblem on the hood creep up, and sure enough we got in. Lights in the back just hanging by a cord.
We freaking drove by LaG on the way to the hotel!!!! Industrial area, no restaurants anywhere nearby. Candy machine in lobby only took coins and desk wouldn't make change.

Also try those small potatoes (multicoloured) about 1-2 inches diameter or something...cut each in half (leave skin on), put them in a bowl with olive oil, some kosher salt, and dried rosemary. Toss together and then put on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven at 450 for 25 min (I think - whenever they get a little soft). So easy, very good.

I do mashed ones often (and I grow my own for those too naturally!) but here motors sports and potatoes are a religion. I have no clue why anyone would spend a day watching grown men driving around so I compensate with my love for potatoes.

I tend npt to like processed shit, so j basically buy or grow my ingredient's. It keeps me saneish.
