Garage List
2011 BMW M3  [10.00]
My breakfast is a 3-5 egg omelette with peppers (jalapeno and green bell), tomatoes, onions, and spinach. Most of the time I toss in some turkey sausage for good measure. I will spread some organic salsa on top for a little more liquid (without cheese it can be a little dry). Sometimes I will add the cheese if I am in the mood though.

I have this almost every day, except when I am short on time. It doesn't get boring for some reason.

Yogurt, Jimmy Dean breakfast sammiches, eggs (from the back yard) 1/2 gal milk, cheese. That way when you get in, after riding and waking up, there's some options for you.

Those NV granola bars that they show on TV are still my favorite.
I've worked from home for the past five years, so yes, I have a fridge Do not own a microwave though, bad for you!

I saw this was meant for me to see. lol

Anyways, I bought a tub of vanilla yogurt and some granola to mix in with it to start off with, and the tub of nuts to snack on. I am going to run down to the store here in town some time today to get a few more things to keep in my office, maybe some cereal or something.

Snuck my way onto the local HS track on Saturday. Around noon it was about 85.

12 minutes I covered 5 laps and was headed into the first corner, running in lane 2 - CHECK.

Sipped some water, counted off 55 yards on the football field, marked it with some paper: 8.52 with the wind, 8.75 against - CHECK.

Found the marker on the 220yards on the track, so knew I was doing it correctly this time. 38.9 - CHECK.

Finished by unwinding (running the opposite direction) in lane 9 for 3 laps.

Screwed up that night by going to a Korean BBQ house all-you-can-eat and probably consumed about 1.5 lbs of meat, only about 1/4 cup of rice. I woke up at least a dozen times that night during the 7 hours I lay in bed. I was a slug all day Sunday until about 3 when the wife offered to make soup if I wash her car.

That's a fresh start. A little prep work goes a long way. I just shed a lil' tear.

Good job on meeting those fitness goals. Well done! The meat can be heavy, especially when it's beef (..but it's oh so good). The upside? Once you take that amazing poop, you'll feel about 10 lbs. lighter.

Pork belly and paper thin Angus brisket.

Eating yogurt and coffee this morning in hopes of finding that upside. I literally dreamt about it this morning. . . but the stall was too small to close the door.

It's only a screw up if your trying to lose weight and even then one meal like that won't derail you. Cardiovascular benefits of your run will still be had so good news there...just don't use that as an excuse to go wild on the bbq every day lol

"And then 945 told me if I run, I can eat mounds of seared flesh every day"

It's truly my excuse for exercising, so I can eat well, even though I prefer medium-rare.

I went friday and monday morning but only stayed for 30 minutes before my daughter called and asked me to come home. I was on the way there today at 1pm but the contractor called me to look at some plans for my addition. I'm trying.

i am half way done with my bulk, so far so good. started may 1st at 176lbs and i am 192-193lbs today. will probably bulk til 205ish. need to develope my abs n get my upper chest up a lil more. i know abs r made in the kitchen but i had one of those baby abs at 176 and i wasn't comfortable lossing more size just to see more definition. im working abs 2-3x a week, just 10-15 mins after my workout.

am i suppose to maintain a few weeks when i m done bulking or can i cut right away?
