That's sort of my attitude. I'm listening and not ignoring them totally. I am still lifting but not maxing out as I did in the past trying to focus on more reps than anything. I'm also more cognizant about my breathing so I'm not holding my breath when I'm pushing the last reps.

I figure I've already dealt with two near death situations already. What's a third?

I switched back to hitting the gym at 530a because there’s less people. All of a sudden, everybody that I see at night time at the gym have the same idea...

I did that one time and it was the last time and I think it was like 6am and my body was like WTF it's early? My body was all in but my mind was still in bed saying "it's not happening dude!" even with PreWorkout in me

Sounds like you need better pre. I am usually on the floor by 5:15am myself and I wouldn't consider myself a morning person.

I just recently started taking a pre-workout, only on two occasions actually. Both times went to the gym over my lunch break and couldn't fall asleep till 1:30am no matter what. I am thinking of dropping that shit.

is this your first time taking Pre? usually if you're new to it I would start off with a smaller doseage and let your body get use to the effects. days I go to the gym say 8pm I can still take a pre and be able to go to bed at night

well the year ending is getting close and I know everyone and their mama will be here joining the gym so i'm not looking forward to that...unless they're hot chicks...I always look forward to that part lol!

Agree wih Isturbointeg, the effects dwindle as you build a tolerance. That being said check the caffiene content of the shit you're taking. Some pre-workout it outrageously dossed, I've seen excess of 400mg of caffiene per scoop which is just way too much imo. I use to take stuff around the 200-300mg range, but I cut back drastically over the years. Stuff I take now is cheap an has ~120mg which is perfect for me, I already have a blast in the gym, no need for that huge caffiene boost to get me going.

Yeah man, dreading this minus the hot chick part obviously , but at least the swarm of people doesnt last forever. Soon it'll be back to the same people you're use to, most fail or become lazy after a month or so, only few remain.

Hot chicks already go to the gym, the influx of new years resolutioners doesn't really include many of those.

I will also agree about the pre. I rarely take a full dose and when I feel I start to acclimate I will take some time off of pre, or switch up the product. I am taking Legion right now and take under a full scoop and still get all the tinglies.

Naw, it is the beta alanine, and I kind of like it because it tells me that my pre is working and my muscles are hungry for iron.

Yes, this is my first time trying it. It is Performax ION pre-workout with 175mg of caffeine, 500mcg of B12 (20,833% daily value), 30mg Niacin, and 72mg Calcium.

So far I've been happily pumped by my Heavy Workout playlist on Spotify, will probably go back to it.

lol occasionally i'll see...take that back...I see a lot of guys (Fit) sneaking selfies behind equipment and stuff which I don't care but today I saw a Fatty taking selfies with no shame. I mean, he was hitting all the muscle poses with a big smile. not sure if he was posting on Instagram or FaceBook but he was really proud as he walked around like he accomplished something
