My IT department has monitors/PS's/HD's in stock 24/7 for emergencies. If a server drive fails, I have one. I always have spare workstations ready to go if something fails.

I was a ciws tech in the navy (FC). They offered me the spy-1 radar school and a bonus to stay in the navy. It was a good offer.. but I got out.
