And how about the 19 year old that won the Women's 800mm! I think the Women's 400mm hurdles will be a Gold and Silver for the US and could go either way.

Yea but Kenny Bednarek ran a much faster time yet lost his heat to Canada... should be an interesting final.

Thanks! I figured it'll be on NBC's main channel and/or USA but it's not even listed. Maybe have to stream it? This is one thing I absolutely hate about this Olympics. It's so freakin' difficult to figure out the TV schedules because it's very unorganized.

Unfortunately none of the Americans pulled it off and settled for Silver and Bronze medals. De Grasse gets the Gold. The 17 year old kid got 4th which is pretty impressive for his first experience.

Had to stream this event live since NONE of the cable channels were even broadcasting this live which is ridiculous.

1 De Grasse (Canada)
2 Bednarek (USA)
3 Lyles (USA)
4 Knighton (USA)

yea nbcolympics.com had it live...

my money was on Bednarek as he looked the best in the openers.... however DeGrasse looked the best overall.

I guess De Grasse has earned this one as he kept falling short previously. Still disappointed American couldn't bring home a gold in this event. They may have a bright future with these guys though. 3 out of top 4 rarely happens. Surprised Jamaica didn't win anything considering how strong both their men and women have been for a while in sprint events.

BTW, I hope the US can bring home a few gold medals in boxing for a change. It's been a very long time. I haven't been able to see any of the boxing matches so far but want to try to change that. I'm particularly interested in seeing Keyshawn Davis.
