Id put money on that being a RWD 2 Series Coupe. Only thing that makes sense.

Front is a bit FWD looking though. It could be the Chinese market 1er saloon - but it looks a bit over styled for that. Those tend to be bland and generic.

MFW the clay model has better paint than my actual car

That's really interesting though, I didn't know clay models were finished up that much. Side note, the tail lights remind me of Sid from ice age

indeed, they look always really real...but the paint is probably only looking so good because it's a wrap

Porsche 911 - Clay Model to Reality

(It's moved on a lot thanks to wraps from the old days)

I think the new 2 series coupe looks good. Not sure myself if its a facelift for the current model or a new platform.

It definitely looks better thanks to its face

The shape reminds me of pre-LCI e90 (3 series) tail lights.

My thoughts exactly. Puting the hood line aside, the actual M2 is one of the most beautiful cars in their line up today. Very balanced and original presence. I personaly love the 2 series right now.

2 series is a beautiful car. My beef with all these cars is there's too many damn options. What's with all the GCs? At this point it's coming to do I want a 2 series, 3 series, 4 series, 5 series, 7 series, 8 series 4 door? Why don't they just go back to making a 3 series coupe at this point :/

Especially considering that the 2 series is a little bit too compact....the 4 series a bit too big.....I wonder what Goldielocks size might be...?

God help us all they always have to grow.

I seriously loved my small 1er Coupe.

The 2er Coupe is just right IMO.

I do not like this either. Why going up in dimensions soooo much?
The new 2 is a proper reincarnation of the E46 icon, the new 3 si like the old 5, the new 5 is the old 7; the newX3 is already big. Remember the old X5? I remember back then thinking that is big. The old X3 was a very good all rounder and had proper dimensions for the majority of the families. Now, it is not enough... heck, the 3 series was the bread and butter and working fine for most families. People had families back in the 70 and 80s and they fit just fine in an Audi 80 or a 3 series.
Then we are wondering why they don’t fit here and there and parking spots look small.
Do we really need to move that material, more gas, more everything, from tires to brakes, etc. In a way we are like the ultra rich that they never got enough. How much money you need to live a decent life and how big of a car you need to really fit your needs?
Is it needs or is it ego?
Why ego? I had people asking me why not buying a “true” BMW like the X5?
Well, I don’t need it. Too much car for my needs. And honestly I am the guy that I would rather buy a nice 2 Series fully loaded than a naked X3 just to look bigger or richer.
Why spend the gas, the work to wash it, polish it, maintain avehicle that is double than what I trully need?

I agree. If I didn't want/need a phev, I would have gone for the 2 series (the real 2 series, not the GC). I like a smaller, more nimble car.

Agreed, personally if I wanted an SUV the x3 is my go to. X5 is too big for i'd say most families. X3 is the right amount of room and a bit of a compromise if I wanted to bring home something bigger.
