Roma tomatoes, diced about the same size, 1.5 per 4
jalapenos, diced finer, 2/4
Serrano pepper, diced very fine, 1/4
lime juice squeezed over mixture
garlic
finally, cilantro. bruise it, then dice roughly and mix.

And btw, jalapeños have a very large range of spiciness. Any tips on how to pick the peppers?
She told me this once, but her lips were moving so I wasn't paying attention. I'll ask again tonight.

What are your favourite ways to have potatoes then?

I like peeling them and slicing them thin, put them on the griddle grill with high heat, lots of oil and use a nutmeg / garlic powder mix with a little salt over top of them, then flip and repeat. Delicious.

But there are some other simple potato recipes too that are very good, always interested in others.

Were we there at the same time? I remember that big clock they have, where the little peoples' dress changes with the weather. While there, it was hitting around 32. I kept waiting for the people to come out nekked, alas, I don't think the clock builders expected such heat waves.

Because I flew to Sweden through there. It's really pretty, clean, safe but expensive. You don't need more than 2-3 days there but I'm a speedy traveller.
