Yeah grip never been an issue. If I can lift it I can hold on with dl. Just locks in. I'm old and not that strong no mores.

Yup.

I've also never understood people who use straps with over/under hand grip. Like dafuq?

Hook grip I get. But over under? CMANNNNN BRAAHH

I had to post this as it wasn't like annoying but killing me since I ate all freakin' day so I would have crazy energy at the gym but I couldn't get into Beast Mode at the gym today. I was doing heavy tricep press downs on the cable machine and this hawt chick wearing "White" Gym Shark attire from top to bottom walked over to a separate cable machine next to me. clearly she was going commando as I could not see a thong outline or any kind of panties. well the exercise she was doing was leg kickbacks. you know where they set the cable attachment at the bottom of the cable machine and they attach a strap to their ankles than they lean forward as they swoop their leg from front and kick back just past horizontal? her back was towards me and well you can clearly see she had a piercing on her hoohoo everytime she was up at horizontal position. I was dying and all the blood was rushing from my tricep to somewhere else lol! seriously, do they do that chit on purpose

There's no such thing as heavy tricep pressdowns on a cable machine... Unless your gym lets you add 45s to it. :wink:

I hate when people take plates away from my bench without asking. There were no plates on my bench so I went and took some before the leg pressers came. Then this guy walks over and grabs one while I was warming up. I told him I was going to use it and he said both of them? It's like "BRUH! Just because I have 10s on each side doesnt mean I cant rep 2 plates like nuthin"

When I was 220 no one used to take my plates. Now I am just some new years resolution looking dork who looks like he is "hitting weights" twice a week in between his 2 mile walks

Guilty.

I have a naturally big chest, but I can barely bench 185 for 5-6 reps.

When I was at my leanest, people at work would be like, "Is everything ok? Are you feeling all right?" Then, I'd go to the gym and move weight. Then, again I am only strong on decline and close grip. My incline has always sucked majorly. At my peak, my incline was a plate behind my flat bench!

Garage List
1.) People sitting on the equipment texting;

2.) kids on summer vacation that have nothing to do except congregate at the gym and just get in the way; and

3.) the Silver Sneaker set that take 40 minutes to lift 1 plate weight 10 times.

Quit going to gyms years ago and bought my own stuff to train for the sport I played. Just wanna get it done without the social intercourse and get to pick my own music-no lines either.

I always admire people who can work out at home. It's hard to find motivation to even stretch when I am at home.

Love my garage gym! I look forward to my home workouts. No drama no annoyances no people!!!!!

However I do like going to my gym every so often and training in air conditioning! Summer heat in Florida is brutal!!!!

My latest pet peeve at the gym is the 70-80 yr olds who have their pants around their ankles using the urinal.Bare flat ass hanging out for all to see. I witnessed this twice in the past few weeks. WTF?!?!
