this isnt exactly me, but if i worked out a little harder on my cut season, i would pretty much look like this.

I’m pretty much shirtless most of the year, being that I live in South Florida and train a lot in my garage gym. Family and friends are used to me shirtless most of the time, when and where it’s appropriate. Hey at my age(46) if you got it, flaunt it! Lol

But if we are being serious. I occillate throughout the year between 10% body fat to 18% depending if I’m cutting or bulking. but typically around 12-15%. Most of the year.

I’m 5’8 with a 42” to 31” shoulder to waist drop. When I bulk I’m about 32” waist. On a cut I drop about 30” and typical weight is around 165lbs. +/-15 lbs

I only cut once a year cause I go to beach in FL other wise I like to stay on the fatter side. I generally get stronger at that point and don’t get injured.


Generally I am happier when I look like a fat ninja.
