But they had this AMAZING men's coat that i really wanted but was waay too $$$$.

Anyways, I wear Oakley Wire's Polarized. Oakley has the best quailty lenses and is imo worth the very high price tag.

People have accused me of worse things than wearing womens sunglasses. Though they are mens as far as I know, it's very hard to tell with sunglasses sometimes. Pic stolen from some random website below. Also, we don't have any Prada stores here, I got them at sunglass hut :rocks:

What does polarization matter? Yay I can't see my radio display now and I can see through other people's windshields. It's the dimming effect that matters. Plus polarized sunglasses usually look like something my grandmother would wear. (Not hating, just generalizing) Actually, I don't even know if any of mine are polarized.

i guess i am just sensitive to glare. even at the expense of having to turn my head to see some lcd's and not being abel to see other people in their cars (not that i really want to ) but yea i get your point. once i got polarized glasses, i can never go back. and mine definitely dont look like grandma glasses. acutally, i ever found any oakley polarized, rayban P, revo (which is an expensive rayban) or maui jim (which is what i have) are grandma looking. but to each his own

Polarizing substantially reduces glare from light reflection off flat surfaces such as glass or metal (your hood) and the road. It does nothing for glare off vertical surfaces...only horizontal surfaces. Sunglasses with only tint is fine, but for long roadtrips, especially when the sun is really bright, polarized lenses will really help with eyestrain better than just tinted lenses. Under many conditions you will be able to see the road better (with more contrast) than not using polarizing sunglasses.

Not being able to see your radio display is a minor annoyance that I just live with. I prefer to have rested eyes while I drive...besides I use my steering wheel controls and I rarely look at my radio display.

Improving your vision is probably the best "mod" you can do for driving...it will certainly make your driving experience more comfortable and safer.

+1

But I only wear my polarized glasses when I know I'll be driving for over an hour.

I usually keep my Maui Jim's in my car for whenever, but I also have a pair of Oakley juliets and Prada that I'll wear if the occasion warrants it.

Good ole Ray-Ban's.. if they're good enough for Squint Eastwood, they're good enough for me.

That's brilliant. I'm loving the crisp stack of $2 bills, but I've got to ask, why? Since they're still banded do you actually spend them?

My brother keeps a few grand worth of them around at all times.. some sort of weird fetish he picked up a few years ago. In his bank they know him as "the $2 bill man". Just about anything he pays cash for, he pays in deuces. Pretty funny to watch the pizza delivery guy's reaction when he's paid with a stack of crisp, uncirculated 2's! Anyways a couple of years ago he gave me and a sister one of his bank-wrappered stacks. Thinking about taking it to Vegas with me next time I'm out there and having a few laughs.

He's not full of it nor making a bad decision...it's pretty much the norm for young people (20s and 30s) down in Southern Cali. Flip-flops, jeans, tank tops, and trucker hats (if you're wearing a hat), especially in the beach towns.
