I think it's time for Binotto to turn into the headmaster. Into the study and six of the best for each of them
Seriously though they hardly touched and looking at it again Lec could have easily avoided by slight turn to the left. |

Great race and congrats to Max and Gasly, gutted for Albon. He, Albon, sure handled the press well.
Honda sure put their best foot forward, but that speed seems to have come all at once versus Ferrari and Merc. How much of it is FIA putting the brakes on Ferrari and Merc? |

Look at Vet's wheel rim just after hit with Lec it is bent inwards. The rims hit after the tyres and ripped Lec's suspension.

Good race for Max today. I don't like him one bit, but I have to give credit where it is due. He executed without a flaw.
Hamilton was actually racing at the end, so credit to him even though he caused that last accident. I respect that he still raced even though he's got the championship in the bag already. I was very impressed with LeC's progress up the grip. Till I wasn't. Ferrari imploded today and they only have themselves to blame.

Anyways, the slight diagonal trajectory while taking the leading position over another driver is pretty standard and Leclerc would've done the same damn thing for sure. It's not like Vettel made any abrubt movement and Leclerc could surely see him moving towards him at a constant rate. Hamilton divebombs Albon and it's all good on him though?... Even though he admits it's clearly his fault on camera?

Hamilton got 5 seconds penalty.. drops to P7..
i cant believe you guys still think that Leclerc can avoid that crash, its like a joke.. Lec gave him space, Vettel got near him pushed him out and actually if you watch replay, you ll see Lec gave him space AGAIN.. but it wasnt enough for Vettel cause he wanted Leclerc to stop and give him the space.. 4 times world champion is 19 points behind a very young driver in the same car, even if team is favoriting Vettel all the time.. there is something really wrong here..

First off, I'm a huge Vettel "fanboy" but I know he's not the best.
Second, if you drive down Reta Oposta there track tightens on the right side at the marshal post leading towards the entry of turn 4. Watch how all drivers hang left leading to turn 4 but fucking Leclerc didn't account for that and kept going in a straight line. Vettel is his team mate and the pass was going to stick, he should've moved more to the left accounting for the tightening leading to turn 4. By not hanging left Leclerc was doing the same thing he did to Hamilton in Monza. Yeah you can hate on Vettel but if you don't know shit about track layout I think you should stop and not call for a retirement. Anyway, they're under investigation and if the stewards say it's Vettel's fault then it's good fault. How career is more than just a bunch of mistakes, he gave us many years of great racing and we are grateful for him. Last edited by msk340i; 11-17-2019 at 03:21 PM.. |

Yeah that's what I said. If he's at fault we'll still support him. If they came together again I'll also support him in running LEC off the track!

In the heat of the moment you let rip on the radio, it's human nature but afterwards it was reassuring to hear Lec calming things down and I fully expect Seb to run in tandem with that.
