It started out with needing back packs and clothes. Now they have sponsor programs for the individual kids. Their first year (2013) they took in 2 kids, i think they have upwards of 30 now.

And btw, jalapeños have a very large range of spiciness. Any tips on how to pick the peppers? I'm aware I can buy hotter ones than a jalapeño is normally, but I enjoy their after taste the most.

And also please tell your wife if she wants options and she is as good of a chef as you claim her to be, I can be single in 2 months.
