I tried to get my son into surfing, but it didn't work out. Now, since I take him to all HIS sport stuff, I don't seem to have enough time to surf any more. I think I only got out 3 times this summer, but that was actually twice more than last year

How we found out is that we were looking at a left side of the X mark house during housing crisis, and we sawManning inside the car. I knewManning at that time lived in old Mike Shanahan's house as a rental. So, it must be some kinda mistake.
So, I did some HW, and found out it was his college friend from U of Tennessee who plays MLB baseball lives there.
