Haha have you measured how much clearance you would have? The VS front lip gives me about 4.5 to 5 inches of clearance on the front....not bad at all

No I haven't and F13's are not all that common, especially in my area, so it's tough to find another guy with the setup I'm looking for.

My only hesitation to lowering the car anymore asides from the lip is I don't wanna rub on my wheels....it's a super snug fit as is. I might need to roll the fender possibly. It's lowered around 1.5" right now, was thinking about another .5"
