I hate the small wing on this car... the higher wing is better but still kind of meh. I like how the car looks wingless but I'm sure the wing does help somewhat with downforce. Will be nice to see what the aftermarket comes up with.
New/no wing, new wheels and better-looking exhaust like the Magnaflow and the C8 looks infinitely better.

I like the smaller wing, pass on the larger, want to see some nice CCW Five spoke wheels with maybe wider rubber, magna exhaust is better sounding and looks a lot nicer then the stock tips and most importantly for me I’m waiting to see who comes up with a S/C first and how much it puts down. Might go that route instead of waiting for the Z version.

Copied this vid from the SOUL thread, didn't wanna pollute their promo. I'm curious as to what's up with the weird shifts. You can hear most are nice crisp DCT kicks, but the occasional few sort of hesitate, it sounds like a high rpm stall, and then it grabs the next gear. Anyone else notice this?

Also, after paying closer attention, it does not seem that the C8 in SOUL's video is past the 500 mile "break in" or whatever it's called. The RPM limit is not near 7000 as it should be, but rather closed to 5000. This COULD be, and most likely is, the reason for the weird shifts. |

And Hensseys work is barely a week from the first cars hitting the dealers. As always with Corvette all the usual builders will be turning this car into Mr. Hyde.

Raging Bull vs. America’s sports car.
Comparing the two newest editions of cars built for street and track work, one born in Bolognese the other Bowling Green and an interesting result. The underdog new world car handles itself very well against the much higher priced beast in this preliminary test. The Scrappy American more than held its own. I can’t wait to see what they do with the Z06 no doubt it’s going to be a giant killer. https://www.automobilemag.com/news/2...n-test-review/

Rumors continue to swirl. Half the people in corvette forums say if you are status 3000, you’re still getting a 2020 C8 and they can build 2020s through September, like they did with the 2019s. Others are saying anyone with an order will get pushed to a 2021 whenever the factory starts up. Orders for 2021s start May 31st unless anything else changes.

I had a white C8 pass me the other day. Didn't get any pics, but it looked quite good. Believe it was a Z51 pack because of the spoiler. The front looks better than the rear in my opinion, definitely very "exotic" looking.

Let's chart how fast that car goes from 165 to 10 (in terms of dollars, haha)
I like where Chevy is going with Corvette! There's just something ingrained in me that will never allow me to own one. |

Hennessy, a respected name in the Corvette world. A quick clip of the Company’s latest creation only about a month in from the C8 release. Looks like a very nice FI setup and they’re just getting started.
