Not really. There's a few local experts who know how to tune them, and they don't suddenly "fall out of tune".

I have a Diablo 6.0 VT as well - in Rosso Vik (like a Candy Apple Red). Awesome car. Have you felt the gear shift? It's like a bolt action rifle - just so incredibly precise! The Countach is the same despite being 15 years older.

Awesome!!

Yes. It is extremely precise.

It really is a work of art. He purchased it from someone who had it for 20 years and it was a complete garage queen. Only 4000 miles. I don't know the name of the color but it is in the purple family. An absolutely gorgeous car.

Mine was the same - last guy had it for 15 years and put on 1500 miles in that time (about 7600 when I got it). He was (clinically diagnosed) with OCD, and had never touched the car (inside or out) with his bare hands - always wore gloves or used rags when he touched it - the paint is immaculate.

And I think I know the purple you mean - it's quite striking!

The milkman delivered milk in the glass bottles and put them in the little steel milk box that was outside your front door.

The old people jamming the banks on the first of the month to get their interest posted in their bank books.

Not unusual in some owners. We have a no garage queen rule in our little car group. It keeps things interesting!!

Certainly enjoyable reading everyone's memories from days gone by. I still have these from when I was a kid...I'm sure others here can relate. They're still in working order...some 60 plus years old, and no doubt would be banned in today's safety regulated world.

OK, cash registers before bar codes. It amazed me how fast some of the cashiers keyed in the prices. And they knew how to make change. Not today...
