i work with some clueless-ass people! not going to discuss our developers, who never cease to surprise me with dumb questions...

this morning i email our office assistant to find out how much would an iPhone be *WITH TAXES AND SHIPPING* (I am on corporate account, so i have to order the iPhone though work and write them a check. They take care of all the service)

She spends an hour on a phone and comes back "It's $299 if you are eligible for an upgrade and $499 if you are not"

Are you fucking kidding me??? I could have gotten her exact same info without picking up a phone. I asked specifically about taxes and shipping AND I'm on a fucking CORPORATE ACCOUNT, How the fuck would *I* know if I'm eligible for an upgrade...

This is her sole job responsibility, to deal with carriers and take care of everyone's phones! And now she is walking around and complaining that she has to call them again, like its my fault that she is dumb
