It looks like a 235i, Dodge Challenger, and i3 all had a wreck, and when they went to put them back together they mixed up some of the parts.

Looks better than that green CSL concept, but still not great. I do like the wheels though

Every new BMW is now having mixed reviews because the demographic is continually changing. It's becoming impossible to please everyone. This car looks really good in my eyes. Even the back looks better than the M2. The only thing IMO I don't like is the headlights. Other than that it's a beauty.

I like it! It is a bit busy, but with a single color I think it would be sharp. Need to drop the amber lights for white ones.

Looks like a Camero ate an M2 and the M2 is trying desperately to burst out.

An homage should somewhat resemble the original.
This is not a 2002. 2002 was a car of mine. You, imposter, are no 2002. |

I just don't see any symmetry. It's neither elegant nor menacing. It's not mean; it has a strange stance from the side; and I just don't get it.

Looks like they tried too hard to differentiate it from the M2, i.e. is contrived.
What BMW really needs to produce is the CSL Hommage. Would be a sorely needed cutting edge and aggressive design to get people excited about the brand. Make it fast/lightweight could be a real Porsche competitor with far more modern looks. |

The more I look at this car, the more I like it. The lines from the side are a bit too heavy-handed, but this is miles better than the M1 Homage and the CSL Homage. Still no 328 Homage, though...
By the way, is there another mainstream company that "gets" stance like BMW does? The stock camber and wheel gap of this car is perfect. And I love how much of the rear tire you can see front because of the way the fender tucks underneath it.

Folks, keep in mind none of BMW homage concepts have made it to production. They have used design cues from them, though.
