Hehe Culinary Institute of America has a place in San Antonio at the Old Pearl Brewery. Go down there all the time

My major out of college was Geographic Information Systems with an emphasis on remote sensing and imagery analysis.

Instead of that I decided to get into the career of swimming pools I do get to design some kick ass pools though ever now and then

I am very humbled and duly honored to be recognized for all my efforts. Thank you.

However, my journey was not alone and in addition to Mr Tonka, I would like to offer my sincerest gratitude to the beautiful and talented Axius, without whom this derailment would never have been possible. She can't shut up.

I wish I would not have listened to my passenger who said, "Just keep going they'll never catch us." That was when we were traveling 155 on the NYS Thruway, and the Escort radar detector (does that still exist) went off and we saw a troop in the median (although very blurry)

Here are a few thoughts.

On Life...
Die young as late as possible.

Sometimes things have to break before they can be fixed.

All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room by himself.

On Money...
In addition to the 401k advice above. Save 50% of your aftertax income, invest it, live off the remaining 50%. Never change the formula regardless of situation, income, age, etc... Start this now and any money problems disappear in 20 years. Ignore all naysayers to this formula.

Your primary home is not an investment, its a necessity.

On Cars...
It's a turn indicator not a turn requestor.

Don't drive faster than you can see.

I wish I learned how to throw a 92mph 2 seam fast ball+ 99mph 4seam fastball+ 86mph change up. Great curve ball, and 75mph knockleball.

Then your money worries would have disappeared as well. Provided you could do all that while throwing strikes.

I think 100+ would be extremely difficult for MLB guys.
I went into 92mph batting cage during my 9th grade. It was fairly scary.

At least good part about going into batting cage was that, I knew I won't be able to make it to NCAA or minors after that batting cage.

And the batting cages place it in the same spot every time!

Last time I went to a high speed batting cage, I had a totally new found respect for any MLB slugger.

Yup. within few inches. No curve ball, No slider, No change up.
I still didn't give up, but I learned the reality fast.
