Just about everything else I have is metal of some kind. I cannot get over how comfortable (and lightweight) this watch is with the rubber strap. The deployment clasp is a little bulky because the strap is quite long, but otherwise I am thrilled.

In Mexico at the moment, and was looking at an Omega PO GMT/GoodPlanet. After discount (Mexican ADs have much more flex on list price) and 8.9% tax back, works out at c£3.8k against a c£6.5k UK list...insane! I may head back to the store to price up other watches. I love the GoodPlanet, but too similar to my standard PO (pictured here in its holiday clothes!). Might price up a Speedmaster '57, standard Speedy Pro, FOIS. Then again, they also had Panerai, Chopard, Breguet, Hublot, Ulysse Nardin...

Willing to take orders for a small commission...

My new watch came in today! So naturally I'm sporting it.

It's made by Meister Watches (I think, at least the Warranty and Repairs are through them), released by Playstation. It's a numbered release modeled after the watch Nathan Drake wears in the Uncharted Playstation series. This one is 199 of 500.

That's awfully nerdy, kinda like the bond watches but I like it lol on another note, a local car guy hat I know of, one of his family members I believe owns the Meister brand, Canadian I believe.
