Thanks! It's just a little frustrating that it took about 10 days to build my car, and after waiting for a couple of months for it to make the long trip through The Canal, it has now been sitting at the destination port for almost two weeks. The problem is I have extended the lease on my current 2021 540i, but AZ will only allow me one 30-day extension on the registration before I have to re-register the car at much greater expense. Likely will just turn it in at the end of this month and deal with having one car for hopefully a short period of time.

at least in NJ, you get a prorated refund on your registration if it ends early.

You also do in AZ, but you don't get the entire pro-rated amount back, at least in my experience.
