main meal : fresh caught haddock cooked in butter, garlic, and dill paired with a little red wine !

First bbq of the year. The weather here in the uk has been appalling so far this year. Did some chicken, fillet beef skewers, pork and leek sausages, lamb fillet, lamb meatballs, and a load of salads.

Going all out for Mother’s Day, first one for the wife. She had breakfast in bed, dropped her off for a massage, and hair treatment, flowers, and now this lunch. Different drinks with each meal as well by yours truly. This was lemon pepper chicken, avocado, feta, cashews, walnuts, almonds, strawberry, and champagne dressing. I’ll be serving up dinner as well later on.
