a) That what was presented to the Stewards was not "a significant and relevant new element....."

Basically what red bull was using as an argument as new information was not relevant.

Again, read it more carefully. It's not whether or not the information it's relevant, it's simply that it didn't meet the criteria for review because it's not new information.

I was despondent in 2018 after Vettel fell short in 2017. I either wasn't watching that season, or blacked most of it out

COVID really messed with my perception of time - a lot of things I think of as "last year" was really 2019.
