I actually make them at home also. Just buy a really nice piece of meat from the butcher and ask them to mince it. The meat obviously has to be fresh and never previously frozen. Delicious! You can see on the plate that I posted what kind of ingredients you can put in there. But just capers, black pepper and salt and some onions is all you need.
