Seriously - when lifting, is it easier for shorter people to make mass gains quicker than tall people...?

I know it's easier for us to lift heavier because the bars travel less distance especially while deadlifting and squatting. Cores centralized so it helps out with overall strength. That's why you always see super short guys beasting!

And thanks! If what this thread has turned into (comparing shoe pics with animals) is any preview of what turning 30 is going to be like, I'm going to live up my last 3 years in my 20s to the fullest!
