Well, thanks to Mr.SugarSkulls hospital story, I didn't forget to make appointment with the hospital today.

Bad news is that my primary guy went to a same hospital in different city, so I am stuck with new one again....

LOL,I am getting a new primary. I am gonna go against the roid shot, but something else. Cortico or Anabolic, my elementary school teacher said no to steroid.

Mall COp was kinda similar to Chris Farley movies, but Kevin James did good by not being overly funny.

Some of the former SNL members from late 80-mid90s makes fairly good movies. Too bad that Mike Myers doesn't make any funny movie after one of the movie he made, which wasn't too good.

Back in the day - the athletic department would receive a 'excessive' amount of school papers with BoGo coupons for a pizza buffet.

As one of the first of the athletic teams to arrive for school - we'd grab a couple hundred of the papers and use these coupon all semester

A bunch of distance guys and endless supply of carbs for $3.00 all in...

Today, was between Buca Di Beppo or Noodle's and Company coupons. Since it was for lunch, Noodles were more suitable.

Ugh, low key I'm jealous.

I eat the same thing, everyday for 13 days straight since I count my macros in order to maintain my physique. Meal prep is every Sunday night. Chicken breast- grilled veggies- tons of brown rice and pasta (brown/whole wheat)

Gives me something to look forward to on the 14th day to my cheat day. In which I cheat harder than the New England Patriots
