We were at a civil war historic site this week which was a prisoner of war camp. My wife’s 4th generation grandfather was a prisoner and died there. Another visitor had a family member who had been a guard…..awkward lol. but with math like that probably not all that remarkable.

I'm ambidextrous in many areas but I write and eat left handed only. Both my kids are left handed. My wife is right handed.

I'm a lefty as well, but right eye dominant, weirdly, enough.
Imagine me on the rifle range over the years, lol. I still shoot expert during qualification.
Pistol still trips me up tho, since I fire with both eyes open during pistol qualification, so I usually flip flop between expert and sharpshooter.

No wonder I could never hit anything. I just tested and I'm left eye dominant but I think I used to close my left eye when we shot at targets with pellet guns as a kid. I don't shoot guns now. It's best to keep them away from me!!

Yes! If you were shooting from the right side shoulder/trigger finger, you most likely were aiming with your right eye. It's so difficult to break bad muscle memory habits!

That horizontal delineation is a result of the superimposed title. It’s a picture of a tree that has fallen over and the person is laying on their back on the fallen tree looking at the sky.
