Cold Turkey, it was much harder than people know when you smoked like I did. I had to completely readjust my body. It was a rough 2 weeks, no appetite and couldn't seep. I was addicted to it, not the plant, the lifestyle and constant relaxation. I also have other knowledge of the subject that I don't want to talk about online.

Not cocaine/meth style withdrawals, my nerves were going crazy causing it to be hard to eat because I had no appetite, couldn't sleep because I was so used to going to bed high. I'm sure other drug withdrawals are much worse, but it wasn't fun.

I didn't do anything for those two weeks, I just sucked it up and stayed home. After a couple of weeks I was feeling better and I was back to normal, just had to make the transition.

I refuse to stop smoking. I could sleep through a tornado when I was high, my mind wouldnt pay attention to anything but sleeping. Now, even the slightest noise I will jump, but it's not unbearable.
